Position for Part-time Administrative Assistant
Monday-Friday 8am - 1pm
Pay Range: Competitive hourly pay commensurate with experience
Benefits: 401(K)/401(K) Match 4% available after qualifying under Federal Guidelines; Dental Insurance Available Pre-Tax

Responsibilities:
• Input daily time sheets for attorneys, paralegal and legal assistants
• Prepare monthly billing using Clio cloud based software
• Input daily postage and Xerox charges
• Manage digital sign for office
• Pull files daily for attorneys/support staff
• Filing paperwork into files and keeping filing cabinets organized as needed
• Back up receptionist including answering phones, scheduling appointments, taking payments from clients, greeting new clients and setting up new files for attorney
• Processing new mail and submitting to appropriate staff member
• Communicate with co-workers, clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel in a professional manner
• Assist with copies and uploading documents as needed
• Making deliveries to other attorney offices, courthouse, and post office as needed
• Maintaining postage meter and Xerox equipment as needed
• Watering office plants

Qualifications:
• Two+ years of experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Prior experience using LawPay, MyCase, Doxpop and Clio a plus but training provided
