Born and raised in Evansville, Indiana, I graduated from Central High School and pursued my passion for justice at Indiana University. I worked for a high-volume Indianapolis-based disability practice for ten years, and I’ve repres

Lately, we have been receiving a variety of questions from our community that we'd like to answer!

FAQs:

--How much does working with our firm cost?
Disability Attorneys operate on a "We get paid if you get paid" basis. If granted social security, a client will receive backpay. Your attorney will be paid 25% of that backpay, but the most they can receive is $7,200.

--Can we help you?
Yes! You can always give us a call to our office line at (812) 461-6792. We will ask you questions to determine eligibility and hope to schedule you for a free consultation. If you have reached the wrong type of law firm, we will refer to you elsewhere to best fit your needs.

--How long does it take to apply for Social Security Benefits?
Applying for Social Security Benefits takes time. On average, initial applications take 6 to 9 months to be processed. If it is denied and appealed, the process may take longer. Each case is different so everyone's processing time will vary depending their specific situations.

If you have questions specific to your situation, please call our office Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm Central Time at (812) 461-6792 or fill out an interest form on our Web Page! https://wambachdisability.com/
