Important Update for Business Owners: Beneficial Ownership Reporting

The IRS has introduced new reporting requirements under the Corporate Transparency Act. However, due to an injunction, you do NOT need to act yet.

I’m monitoring this closely and will update you if anything changes. For now, no action is required. Feel free to reach out with any questions.
