I know many times people just go on about their daily business and neglect to show their gratitude for those who help in so many ways. I really appreciate your business – you and your recorders are professional, courteous and prompt – what more could anyone in my position ask for?



That being said – I think you should increase your rates. It is an invaluable service to solo attorneys and small firms who don’t have designated couriers – I suppose larger firms use the service too – but personally, I don’t know what I would do without you.
