Sometimes life happens, plans change, and you have to make a move, even when the market isn’t ideal.

This Herriman home had already been on the market before I took over. My sellers heard about me, reached out for help, and shared exactly what they needed.

Sometimes all it takes is a conversation. 😊

Last week my client jokingly said, “Maybe I should buy this year.”

I told him, “Let’s see if we can make it happen. Apply and let’s find out.”

Fast forward to today… we’re officially UNDER CONTRACT! 🎉🏡
