Last night was a long night of negotiations…but totally worth it! My awesome clients fought against 12 other offers for this townhouse and came out victorious 🏡🏆🥊💥

We were not the highest offer but we put together an offer that showed we were serious and it made all the difference! An offer is sooooo much more than just a price on a contract. I know how to make you look like a rockstar and set you above the rest of the competition 💯

A couple of days behind but CONGRATS to my awesome buyer for securing this amazing east side townhome against 16… YES 16 other offers 🎉🙌🏼🤘😎

We have been looking high and low for a good deal and this one was too good to pass up. SPOILER ALERT! We were not even in the top 3 regarding PRICE💰💰📈

There is so much more that goes into an offer than writing the highest dollar amount. I am an expert negotiator and I will make sure you get the house you want when 16 other people want it too!

My friend is getting A HOUSE for Christmas!!🎅🏡👍
