What am I doing? Working. I am working for you. I love my job, I love my people, I love what I do. I am so grateful for all of the amazing people I meet everyday. I think my entire life has been full of incredible experiences and I have been blessed with encounters with people from all walks of life. I literally have everything I have ever dreamed of wanting out of life. An amazing family that brings me joy everyday, living where I live, my colleagues, mentors, friends and all the momories of the life I have lived. When people ask me "howz the market?" I think they are always surprised when I answer "it's great!" because I think the answer is accurate if you know how to strategize and problem solve. Know what you are doing, know everything about it. Always do your best. I had a closing today with some people I have been working with for 3 years and they commented to Tami Birkel Pupunu how patient I have been. Needless to say these people have grown to be friends. We have invested in each other and will be connected for a long time to come. My job is more than sales to me. It really is connecting people with something bigger than what it seems. To that I say thank you for the experience and I am happy to help.

Does your HVAC guy work on the weekends? Mine does. Last year I bought a house built in 1867. After a year of being jam packed by Airbnb we got a tiny break to have AC installed in one of the hottest Utah summers. Sean Kennell (Crist) has worked on my own home as well as a ton of my listings on short notice for resolution of due diligence items that needed attention on an asap basis. I can't say enough about his skill level and willingness to help out to get the job done. He not only installed a new AC unit but serviced the furnace and left a years supply of filters to keep me covered. He is certified from large industrial down to the smallest residential. Posting this reminds me of all the crazy jobs he has jumped in on for me and always has a smile on his face. He never acts like anything is too tough or too hard, even in a down pour or 100+ summer days. Sean Kennell
