The average buyer signs over 100 real estate docs.
Most people read maybe 10 of them. 😳
I read every single one.
Inspection reports, title commitments, disclosures, the addendum nobody explains until it's already a problem. The details matter... in everything. And in a home purchase, they're the difference between a good deal and a mistake you're stuck with for 30 years.
Sure, AI can flag a clause or summarize a page in seconds. What it can't do is tell you how that seller concession plays against three other offers on your street, or when to push back and when to let something go. That's judgment built from closing deals, not a scan. You ask, I'll teach, until every word actually makes sense to you.
My clients get an agent who understands exactly what they're signing and why it matters for their deal, not just a summary of it.
DM me (yes, I'll answer!!) if you're looking to buy soon. You deserve to have someone who has experience in your corner.
You don't even need to be Colorado-based... I know many agents around the nation and can connect you with someone I genuinely trust.
