Do you love old homes? 🏡 Their charm and character, how solidly they are built, the unique historic design…we know we do! ✨ And so does our fabulous RMCC agent Stephanie Goldammer. She’s become a bit of a historic home expert here in Denver with all of her years working in real estate and her passion for older homes.

We wanted to find out more, so we had her and her teammate Kristie Nelson share some more insight into what it’s like to buy and own a historic home and live in a historic neighborhood. 🙌 Some may be nervous about it, but there are a lot of perks, and it’s a great way to own a piece of Denver history!
