Please be aware, an individual using the name Myles Taylor Hicks is defrauding investors under the guise of a short term loan on a property owned by a family member located in Cuyahoga County.

He is using fake loan agreement documents and fraudulent closing disclosures to defraud individuals of thousands of dollars. These scams are happening in and around Central Ohio, please be aware.

If you’ve been defrauded by him, please report the fraud to the FBI at ic3.gov and file an online police report with the Columbus Division of Police.
