During the current COVID-19 crisis, I thought some of you would like to know what companies are still filing collection lawsuits against people. Here in Delaware County, collection lawsuits were filed against consumers this past week by:
Absolute Resolutions Investments,
Midland Credit Management,
First Bank of Ohio, and
Cavalry SPV I, LLC
And one foreclosure was filed by the Medallion Estates Homeowner's Association.

Filings are way down, but these companies are still eager to collect on individuals, no matter what's going on in the world.
