It's not too late to be in the parade! Citizens for the 4th is again organizing the July 4 parade in the City of Delaware, and they say it's not too late to join! The parade is coming up this Saturday, the 4th beginning at 11 am from the county fairgrounds main gate. The parade travels through the downtown on Sandusky Street, then to Wilmer Street, then to S.
