Meet Maria Rhodea, our Office Manager AKA our “chaos coordinator!” Since stepping into the role in August 2023, Maria has been the steady force keeping everything running smoothly, especially when we needed it most.

Her door is always open for questions, quick chats, funny videos, or the latest pet photos. Don’t mistake Maria’s warm smile and plant-filled office for weakness! She knows exactly how to keep things on track, and she does it with confidence and care.

Simply put, Maria is the backbone of our day-to-day operations, and we’re incredibly lucky to have her at the helm!

Centerville is getting some new orange. 🧡

Orangetheory Fitness has confirmed a new studio at 6080 Wilmington Pike, opening later this year. The Florida-based franchise — known for its 60-minute heart-rate based workouts blending treadmill, rowing and strength training — will be locally owned and operated by Kristie Ohlemacher and Andrew Damin.

The 3,600 sq ft studio will include showers and a dry bar, and has already hired six coaches and seven sales associates. Founding member VIP Week kicks off Friday, May 15.

This marks the third Orangetheory in the Dayton region.

Meet Brady Czape, our current legal intern and rising talent! Brady has just completed his second year at the University of Dayton School of Law and has been making an impact with our firm since May 2025.

From day one, Brady jumped into high-stakes work, assisting with jury trial preparation in a felony murder case. His strong work ethic, sharp attention to detail, and exceptional writing skills have contributed to our success time and time again.

While we’ll certainly miss Brady this summer, we’re excited to see him take the next step towards his law degree by clerking for the Honorable Michele Henne at the Montgomery County Common Pleas Court.

The future is bright for Brady, and we’re proud to be part of his journey!
