Congratulations to my buyers on taking an exciting step toward purchasing their first home!

First-time homeownership comes with plenty of questions, especially when using a VA loan. I help buyers understand each stage—from connecting with a lender and establishing a comfortable budget to finding the right home, negotiating an offer, and navigating inspections, the appraisal, and closing.

My responsibility is to keep my clients informed, advocate for their interests, and make sure they understand the decisions in front of them.

As a retired Marine, helping fellow veterans and military families pursue homeownership is especially meaningful to me. It’s an opportunity to continue serving in a different capacity.
