We’re getting new landscaping at my condominium, and I can’t begin to tell you how excited I am! 🌿🏡

Landscaping has always been something very close to my heart. I’m a huge believer in maximizing outdoor space—whether it’s a large backyard, a courtyard, a patio or simply a small area that can be transformed into something beautiful.

There are so many creative things that can be done with native, drought-tolerant and thoughtfully selected deciduous plants to create landscapes that are less water-reliant, while still providing beautiful outdoor spaces to enjoy.

When I found this condominium, I saw it as a great investment opportunity and a wonderful place to hang my hat. Part of what I saw was potential—and I think this new landscaping will be a giant step forward for our community.

As a Realtor, I’m always looking at the bigger picture. Landscaping isn’t simply decorative. Thoughtful improvements to common areas can enhance curb appeal, improve the experience of living in a community and contribute to the overall desirability of a property.

I cannot wait to see this project come together!

Monday, October 5th is the last day to register to vote

If you, or anyone you know, still needs to register for the upcoming November election, tomorrow is the deadline. Dallas County Elections is offering drive-through voter registration, so you can do it without ever leaving your car.

When: Monday, October 5, 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Where: Dallas County Elections, 1520 Round Table Drive, Dallas

Please share this with everyone in your network today. Think of the neighbor who just moved, the young person who recently turned 18, the friend who has been meaning to get around to it. We want every eligible person in our community to have a say, and a quick text from you might be what gets them there.

Then, let's make a plan to vote early. Early voting starts two weeks from tomorrow, so now is the time to look at your sample ballot at vote411.org/texas and decide when you'll go.

Early Voting: October 19-30

Monday through Saturday: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Sunday, October 25: 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Invite a friend or a few neighbors and make a fun day of it. We can vote together, grab lunch afterward, and skip the Election Day lines.

There is so much going on in our lives. Work, family, finances, our homes, our communities—and a constant stream of information competing for our attention.

But this is one moment when I believe it is especially important to stay aware and stay engaged.

Please take a few minutes to check your voter registration. I recently went personally to the elections office here in Dallas after discovering that my registration had been placed in suspense. I wanted to make absolutely certain everything was resolved and that I had my voter registration card.

And if you consider yourself an Independent—or you’re simply frustrated with politics and thinking about checking out of this election—I encourage you to do the opposite: look closely at the issues, the candidates and their records, and make your own informed decision.

Texas has an especially consequential U.S. Senate race this year between Democrat James Talarico and Republican Ken Paxton, and there are many other important state, congressional and local races on the November ballot.

You don’t have to agree with me politically. But if you’re anxious to see change, concerned about the direction of our state or country, or simply want your voice represented, please don’t sit this one out.

The Texas voter-registration deadline is October 5. Early voting is October 19–30, and Election Day is November 3, 2026.

Check your registration. Get informed. Make your plan. And VOTE.
