I am Kenzie with Money Move Locating. Not sure if you are currently in search of a new

Apartment locators do the initial legwork involved in renting. Locators save you time, as you
will not have to look at apartments that do not meet your standards. The locator will look for a suitable apartment for you based on the criteria you supply. The list you will receive from the locator should only contain apartments available in the area you are looking to rent in and within your stated
price range.
Why can’t I just look for an apartment on my own?
An apartment locator has access to special databases and other programs used to obtain highly detailed information about rentals. The locator will call landlords and apartment management staff to clarify policies for special needs and conditions.
The methods allow a locator to find an apartment that suits your more specific requirements, such as a complex that allows large dogs for a pet owner or a landlord who will rent to someone with a felony history.
Okay, the services sound great, but how much is this going to cost me?
Apartment locator services are completely FREE for clients to use. Instead of charging new renters a fee, buildings pay locators a commission whenever a client signs a lease.
