Starting in 2008 Dawn began her career in real estate working with a short sale real estate specialist where she primarily focused on marketing campaigns and developing new business. From 2010 to 2014 she worked with Zions and Chase bank managing their commercial and residential REO portfolios. This included broker selection, property management, and contract negotiation. transactions in 4 years she decided to get out of the REO management industry and work with local buyers and seller's directly.
