Here's the thing. They're never dumb questions!

Buying or selling a home isn't something most people do every day, so of course there are things you haven't had a reason to know yet. And usually, if you're wondering about it, plenty of other people are too.

If you live in Salt Lake County, you know fall here comes with its own set of rules 🍂😂

You'll have to go to Cornbelly's Corn Maze at least once; get a bucket of cookies! Also, you'll have to go to Witchfest at Gardener Village in your best Witch (or Wizard) outfit, visit the shops there and pick up a caramel apple from the Chocolate Covered Wagon.
And finally, it'll feel most like fall if you go down the Canyon's looking for the fall color changes. Just be careful to keep your eyes on the roads and stop where you need to to enjoy the colors to the fullest.

The public image versus the actual job could not be more different some days 😂

Touring pretty homes is genuinely one of my favorite parts of this job, but it's definitely not the whole story.

Most of my week is spent behind the scenes making sure everything runs smoothly for my customers, even when it doesn't look glamorous.

But hey, somebody's got to keep the group chats, the paperwork, and the Reels all moving at once 🙌

I love when a goal has an actual date attached to it instead of just floating around as "someday" 🗓️

Because when you can picture it...pizza on the counter and a movie already picked out in your own place...it stops feeling like a far-off idea and starts feeling like something worth planning for.
