Pastori | Krans' kickball team, Motion to Strike, had a fantastic time participating in the 2026 Kickball Charity Tournament on June 9th!

After launching this now-annual event last year, we were excited to hit the field again, especially knowing that last year’s champions, Orr & Reno, set the stage for this year’s tournament. They did an incredible job organizing a fun and spirited afternoon!

This year, we came ready to compete (and maybe redeem ourselves a little). With a strategic “free agent” recruitment effort, bringing in a few “ringers,” including three teenage hockey players and two very athletic significant others, we stepped up our game in a big way.

We’re proud to share that not only did we avoid last place this year… we went all the way to 2nd place! The championship matchup against Mainstay Technologies came down to the final game, making for an exciting finish. Most importantly, the day was filled with teamwork, laughter, and community spirit, all in support of 603 Legal Aid.

Congratulations to Mainstay on the win. We can’t wait to see what you have planned for next year’s event!
