After much thought and prayers, I have decided to step away from private practice. As of March 1, 2026, Andrews Law Office, LLC will effectively be closed as I begin a new role as in-house General Counsel for Crosstown Capital Partners, LLC.

Working with all of my clients over the years has been one of the most rewarding parts of my professional life. I am sincerely grateful for the trust placed in me and for the opportunity to be part of so many legal journeys. Those relationships are something I value deeply and will always appreciate.

If we are currently holding any original estate planning documents for you, you will have an option to pick up your original copies from my current office before July 1, 2026 or, after that date, my colleague attorney Jason Guthrie
has agreed to continue to hold the original copies until they are needed. Please contact my office at your
earliest convenience to make your selection. If we do not hear from you, all original documents will automatically be transferred on or about July 1, 2026 and held by attorney Jason Guthrie, at Thomasson, Guthrie, Schuh-Ogle, & Happel, P.C., 50 Washington Street, Suite 3A, Columbus, IN 47201, Phone: 812-372-
