🩵 Yesterday our team came together to turn compassion into action.

We packed 48 backpacks filled with comfort items and everyday necessities for children entering the foster care system. Next week, these bags will be delivered to facilities in Mansfield and Columbus as part of IB Day of Action 2026: The Comfort & Care Initiative.

Each backpack is more than supplies—it’s a small reminder that a child is seen, valued, and cared for during a time of transition.

Thank you to our staff for showing up with generous hearts and helping make this project possible. We’re honored to be part of an effort supporting children and families in our communities.

Please join us in wishing a very happy milestone birthday to our amazing Office Manager/Case Manager, Stephanie! 🎉🌮

We celebrated her 50th a little early on Friday with a fiesta-themed lunch, cake, and lots of laughs since she’s enjoying a well-deserved vacation this week.

Stephanie is truly the life of the party, but she is also so much more than that. She is always looking out for our clients, our team, and our firm with a huge heart, endless energy, and the kind of dedication that makes everyone around her better.

We are so grateful to have her as part of the Rinehardt team. Happy 50th, Stephanie! We hope this next decade is your best one yet! 🥳💛

Happy World Bicycle Day! 🚲

We may be celebrating with staff member, Brilynn’s, adorable little rider today, but bicycle safety is serious business.

A few important reminders for riders and drivers alike:

• Wear a properly fitted helmet — it can significantly reduce the risk of serious head injury.
• Be visible! Bright clothing, reflectors, and lights matter.
• Ride with traffic, not against it.
• Drivers: Give bicyclists space. Ohio law requires at least 3 feet when passing.
• Stay alert — distractions can be dangerous for everyone on the road.

Whether you're riding a tricycle in the driveway or cycling down a busy road, safety matters at every age.

🩵 We’re proud to participate in IB Day of Action 2026: The Comfort & Care Initiative on Thursday, June 25!

This year, we’re joining Injury Board member firms across the country to support children entering the foster care system by creating Comfort Kits filled with everyday essentials and personal items.

📝 Why it matters:
* More than 390,000 children are in foster care across the U.S.
* Many enter the system with no personal belongings
* For many children, it's the first time someone has prepared something just for them.

Each kit is a small way to provide comfort, dignity, and a reminder that each child is seen, supported, and not alone.

Follow our journey in June as we purchase items, pack bags and deliver them to some amazing children!
