In less than eight months with the Sheriff’s Office, Randi has demonstrated an impressive ability to adapt to a variety of situations and assignments, always doing so with a smile on her face and a positive attitude. Her willingness to learn and grow has allowed her to quickly excel in multiple positions throughout the facility.

From successfully managing responsibilities within the mental health housing unit to most recently learning booking and classification procedures, C.O. Smith continues to prove herself as a dependable and motivated officer with a bright future ahead.
