The specific language about price reductions is:

Should JANE not receive an offer to purchase the Marital Property within thirty (30) days of listing the home for sale, JANE shall reduce the listing price by three percent (3%) of the original listing price and shall continue to make additional necessary price reductions in conjunction with realtor recommendations.

Note if you include provisions about listing price and price reductions, consider asking to incorporate your divorce agreement by reference only so that realtors and home buyers cannot see this document in the public record.

If you do not get the QDRO pre-approved, you might go through all of the work of having it drafted and entered only to have it rejected by the retirement provider (e.g. Fidelity, Vanguard etc.)

QDRO=Qualified Domestic Relations Order and it is used to divide a retirement account such as a 401k.

Your divorce attorney and therapist are listening to you from two different perspectives and you really need both!

Your attorney will give you practical advice about how to separate your finances and what your options are for parenting time and your therapist keeps you clear-headed enough to actually use that advice.

Yes, it is definitely true that you can put things in a parenting plan that are impossible to prove or are too micro-managey. But there are so many gems that actually work and will keep you OUT of court.

The key is to be specific and to include things that are measurable and/or self-executing like the summer vacation language that says if other parent fails to provide their dates by a deadline, you can lock in your dates.

These are the types of things I bring up with my mediation and divorce clients. And there are so many more!
