Dave Straub’s earliest experiences in real estate and customer service began as a Sales Consultant for an independant general contractor in upstate New York, and in the Hotel/Restaurant industry where he worked for a number of prestigious corporations including an internationally respected hotel in New York and a

well known Chicago marketing firm in several high-profile customer service and management positions. Dave took his fifteen years of customer service and sales experience and applied it to a new career in real estate in 2002 as a Leasing Consultant. He immediately became a top-producing agent with one of the top apartment rental agencies in Chicago. Two years later Dave took his knowledge of leasing and started his own leasing division within a well respected sales and development company in Chicago, coordinating all management and directing duties while continuing to serve as a top producing agent.
