Last week, the Practice Group traveled to Park City, Utah, for its 2026 Seminar at Stein Eriksen Lodge. Centered on discovering effective pathways and fostering teamwork to obtain successful results, the program brought together ALFA International attorneys, clients and industry professionals for timely, practical conversations about today’s most complex litigation challenges, from generational dynamics in the courtroom and evolving global product liability regimes to data preservation, product enhancements in the age of nuclear verdicts, digital products, AI liability and best practices in mediation.
A special thank you to Program Chair Adam Cooper and Practice Group Chair Colleen Murnane for their leadership, as well as Grace Garcia, Jessica Zaroski Bauer, Jill Gerdrum, Carla Grabarek and the entire PLCT leadership team for helping make the seminar such a meaningful experience. We are also grateful to the ALFA International attorneys who shared their insights, moderated sessions and contributed to the program, including Tucker Bl**er, Ryan Clark, Jason Daywitt, Steve Getzoff, Mark Hayes, Lindsey Meares, Matt Jacobson, Sheila Kerwin, Ray Moore, Brandie Morgenroth, John Osgathorpe, Woods Parker, Agota Peterfy, Tammy Reno, Beth Rose, Megan Sterchi Lammert, Marc James Tacheji, Jay Thompson, Joshua Trahan and David Warnick. We especially thank everyone who joined us for three days of substantive programming, collaboration and camaraderie in the Wasatch Mountains!
