What you see: the listing.
What you don’t see: everything that happens behind it.
There’s a lot more to representing a seller than putting a sign in the yard and uploading photos to the MLS.
It’s helping decide what’s worth changing and what isn’t. Studying the market. Preparing the home. Coordinating vendors. Listening to showing feedback. Adjusting the strategy when necessary.
And every once in a while, apparently, it means changing a few light fixtures. 😂
These were a relatively small change, but they completely changed the feel of the kitchen and adjoining space.
Not every improvement before or during a listing needs to be expensive. Part of my job is helping sellers figure out where their time and money will actually make a difference.
The work you see is the listing. The work you don’t see is the representation.
