GREENFIELD, IN — MAY 29, 2026 — Effective June 1st, Highgarden Real Estate, one of Indiana's leading residential
brokerage firms with more than 300 agents across the region, today announced the acquisition of Level Up Real Estate
Group, the Hancock County brokerage founded and led by Hart Summeier.
The acquisition brings Level Up's established agent team, client base, and market presence into Highgarden's growing
regional network — strengthening Highgarden's footprint in one of Central Indiana's fastest-growing counties.

Hart Summeier, founder of Level Up Real Estate Group, will join Highgarden as a producing agent with full access to
