Measuring acreage with CRS Data (commonly used in MLS tax suites) involves using the interactive map tool to draw a polygon around a property, which then calculates the acreage in real-time.

Select the "Area" measurement tool, click on the map to define boundary points, and double-click to close the shape and display the final acreage.

This is especially helpful for MLSs that cover large geographic areas. If you regularly search within specific cities, counties, map drawn shapes, or ZIP codes, you can set those criteria once and have them applied automatically each time you start a search.
