I'm an Air Force veteran and a Graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. With nearly 10 years in real estate, I have helped countless families locate and purchase their dream homes in the Greater Charleston Tri-County Area. I started out solely as in investor, but in 2011 began working as a real estate agent. At the end of 2015, I became a broker and opened my company, Elite Palmetto Real Estate. I've worked with first-time buyers educating them on the market and the buying process as well as seasoned investors. My goal in real estate is to provide the assistance needed for the buyer and seller to come together. I understand what is important to my clients. 🏡 2690 Henry Street — CLOSED! (the long way around)

This one had a little more to it than most:
✅ Builder hadn't recorded the survey — delayed closing about a month
✅ When the survey did come back, it revealed a fence encroaching on the neighbor's lot
✅ Fence had to be moved before we could close
✅ Right house, right buyer — just took some extra work to get there

This is the part of a real estate deal most people never see. It's not always about finding the house — it's about catching the stuff that could blow up your closing and getting it fixed before it does.
