There are moments in business that make you stop for a second and truly reflect. This is one of them.
To be recognized as the #22 Small Team by Sales Volume in the country across all of Real Broker for Q2 2026 is incredibly humbling. When you consider the caliber of agents and teams within The Real Brokerage across the U.S. and Canada, it’s hard to put into words just how meaningful this recognition is.
Seven years ago for BRITTANY | MORGANTOWN, WV REALTOR® and 6 years ago for myself, we jumped into real estate with a simple goal: serve people well and build a business rooted in relationships. Looking back, we could have never imagined we’d one day be mentioned alongside some of the best agents in the industry.
While we’ve been in Real Estate collectively for 7 years, there’s no question that the last 2+ years at Real Broker have completely transformed our business. The collaboration, the culture, the leadership, and the relationships we’ve built have challenged us to think bigger, serve better, and grow in ways we never thought were possible.
