Had to make a quick trip to visit my real estate guru. In 2019 I lived with Jess in Houston. She had just bought her first home at 30, renovated it and rented a room to me. I was paying her mortgage LOL. She’s the blueprint. She encouraged me to get into real estate, invest and change my outcome.
