I thought, sure, no problem, I can find someone to do this work for Neves. How hard can it possibly be? Wrong. Prices and minimums were too high. The owners were complaining, I w
as scrambling, stressing and spinning my wheels trying to figure out what to do. Then one day, the light bulb went off and I realized that I have been running a successful property management business for 22 years. Why in the hell could I not run a successful maintenance company? Within the day I had a new LLC in process, contacted my insurance agent and put an ad on indeed. I started hiring and Black Diamond Rentals was born on Oct 15, 2020. We have grown from just a couple of techs to averaging 10+ depending on the time of the year. My mission for my Black Diamond staff is that they enjoy coming to work, they feel supported and they remember their family life is way more important that any job.
