Shouting Happy 2 Years to attorney Carter Billingsley! He brings the creativity and non-chalant to the office and his knowledge of music and movies is boundless. Clients love his easygoing and approachable style...and so do we! In Legacy Legal fashion, Carter has control of the tunes today so we're listening to Electric Light Orchestra radio in the lobby. We had a ball as a sponsor of the Champaign County Farm Bureau Foundation Gala where we were able to outbid some feisty competitors and snag Glenda Waller’s famous cherry pie. If you’ve never been part of the dessert auction at this event, get on the mailing list for next year. Such a fun night raising money to support an in the classroom and student scholarships! And pie! 🍒

Legacy was grateful for the opportunity to sponsor Cunningham Children's Home of Urbana Il Cedar Society dinner last week, honoring their legacy donors. It was a lovely evening full of impactful testimony about the impact Cunningham’s work has on the young people it serves. Attorney Carter Billingsley took the microphone for just a couple of minutes to talk about the work that Legacy does, and a few of the ways that charitable gifts can be structured to increase impact.
