And the tile is underway. Thoughts on this tile design?
I think large-format tile transitioning to vertical design gives the shower visual interest. The window also provides natural light making the shower feel brighter and more spacious.

- Load bearing walls are framed and transferred properly.
- Engineered trusses are not broken during install. If they are then have them repaired according to the manufacturer.
- Piers are installed and place directly on the footing and right on the center.
- Nailing patterns on the sheathing are correct
- Inspect metal straps, hangers, clips, and tie-downs that are called for on the plan.
