Our first responders dedicate their lives to keeping our communities safe. The CCM Line of Duty Death Benefit offers an added layer of financial protection for their families should the unexpected happen.

Through this program, eligible borrowers may receive mortgage balance cancellation of up to $525,000, at no additional cost, in the event of a qualifying line-of-duty death.

🚔 Who may qualify?

The program may be available to eligible law enforcement officers, firefighters, EMTs and paramedics, corrections officers, transit workers, federal agents, and other qualifying public safety professionals.

The benefit may apply to eligible home loans for purchases or refinances, including primary residences, second homes, and investment properties. Certain eligibility requirements and loan conditions apply.
