Hi everyone! I’m looking for the right person to join me in a part-time Independent Contractor role helping run the client side of my law firm.
I already have a great assistant, but I’m looking for someone who can help keep things organized, support client communication, and ensure everything stays on track.
This is a mostly remote position, with occasional in-person needs depending on workflow.
This role is expected to be approximately 15–25 hours per week, with flexibility in scheduling. Some consistent availability during business hours is important to support client communication and workflow.
This is perfect for someone who:
- Has strong customer service, administrative, or office management experience
- Loves organizing, tracking, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks
- Is comfortable speaking with clients and has a warm, professional demeanor
- Is tech-comfortable and can quickly learn and navigate different software systems
- Types efficiently and communicates clearly in writing
- Works well independently and can follow through without constant direction
Prior experience in customer service, office management, administrative support, or a similar role is preferred.
This role includes things like:
Following up with clients
Helping keep files and workflows moving
Tracking status and assisting with deadlines and next steps
Supporting a smooth, positive client experience
This is an independent contractor position with a flexible structure. I am looking for someone who is reliable, responsive during the workweek, and takes pride in their work.
Compensation typically ranges from $18–$25 per hour depending on experience, with opportunity for growth over time.
