The website changeover is delayed. The staff and I will try to accomplish it today, but we’ll see how it goes. Our voicemail is working again on the Office line, and our website has been updated so the contact links work. We apologize for the lack of connection which may be felt by those watching this portal. We're going to try to start posting a legal tidbit each week from somewhere in Illinois law we think is useful, interesting, not commonly known, or just plain WIERD, along with a very brief explanation (we have to stay away from giving any generalized legal advice.)

Our firm is now taking on a human rights focus. Although we will still handle all of your needs for an appropriate fee, our focus will be on (1) eliminating discrimination against persons with disabilities in education, the workplace, housing, and otherwise; (2) eliminating discrimination and sexual harassment in education and the workplace regardless of the social status and/or gender of the individual; (3) criminal defense; and (4) international humanitarian and human rights efforts.
