Big news: We've expanded!

As of June 1, Larson Law is proud to be serving clients from our new Lombard office.

We've continued to grow because of the trust our clients place in us, and we're incredibly grateful for that support.

While personal injury remains at the heart of what we do, our goal has always been to be a trusted legal resource for individuals, families, and businesses throughout the Chicagoland area.

Our new location makes it even easier for clients throughout DuPage and Cook County to connect with our team. If you or someone you know needs legal guidance, we'd love to help.

One insurance decision can make or break your case.

Most people assume the other driver's insurance will cover everything after an accident. Unfortunately, that's not always the case.

If the at-fault driver has little or no insurance, uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage (UM/UIM) may help protect you and your family.

We've seen too many situations where someone didn't realize they lacked this coverage until after a serious accident.

It's one of those things you hope you never need, but you'll be glad it's there if you do. Take five minutes tonight and review your auto policy. Future you will thank you.

If you have questions after an accident, we're always happy to help. Visit larson.law.

If you're ever in a crash, here's what actually matters in those first few minutes:

First, make sure everyone is safe and call 911 if needed. Then focus on three things:

🔹Take photos of the vehicles, damage, road conditions, and anything else that may be important later.
🔹Exchange information with the other driver and collect witness contact information if possible.
🔹Get medical attention, even if you think you're okay. Some injuries don't show symptoms right away.

One of the biggest mistakes people make after an accident is waiting too long to document what happened or seek treatment. Those early steps can make a significant difference in protecting your rights.

Save this post for later… You never know when you or someone you know might need it.
