We are proud to have had the opportunity to work with Liz Reinhardt and assist in Second Congregational Chruch’s sale of their historical church located at 35 Conant Street, Beverly MA.
The church was founded in 1713 and served the Beverly community for over three centuries. Facing dwindling membership, the leaders had to make hard decisions and had to transition. They maintained the legacy of their original mission with their partnership with a nonprofit organization to better the North Shore Community. Lifebridge North Shore gives vulnerable people access to resources that provide safety and promote healthy physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional development. Both organizations believe in the fundamental worth and dignity of every human being.
