Fairhaven and Edgemoor are both wonderful Bellingham neighborhoods, but they feel quite different.

Fairhaven has its shops, restaurants, and historic character. Edgemoor has a quieter residential feel and some beautiful properties. Where you’d rather live depends on how you want your days to look.

🏡 104 homes and condos sold, with a median price of $662,500
⏱️ One in four homes went under contract within 10 days
💰 44% sold at or above asking
📈 The $750K to $1M range is moving fastest

Bellingham is in a nicely balanced market heading into fall, with more choices for buyers and strong results for well-priced homes.
