🍌 Last week, BCAAR celebrated the retirement of longtime REALTOR® member Bill Hanner of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices of Battle Creek.

After 21 years in real estate—following a 35-year career in education—Bill leaves behind a legacy of professionalism, service, and dedication to the REALTOR® Code of Ethics. He served as BCAAR President in 2012, contributed to Professional Standards and Grievance work, taught New Member Ethics training, and was a strong advocate for RPAC and private property rights.

Thank you, Bill, for your years of service. Wishing you a retirement full of relaxation, fun, and plenty of time to slow down and enjoy life! 🍌🎉

We have an office suite, conveniently located at I-94 exit 100, available for lease. Enjoy 24-hour access to your private office space, as well as shared common areas and amenities, including kitchen/break area (fridge, microwave, toaster oven, water cooler, etc.), restrooms, parking lot, and two conference rooms (by appointment).

Monthly rent includes all utilities (except phone and internet), professional cleaning of common areas, building security cameras and alarm systems, snow removal, lawn care, and building maintenance. 12-month lease minimum. Office furniture is available at no additional cost upon request.

This May, during National Military Appreciation Month, we pause to recognize and honor the brave men and women who have served and continue to serve our country.

Yesterday, we wrapped up a jam-packed New Member Orientation for our newest REALTOR® members! 🏡✨

Over the course of two days, agents participated in a variety of courses designed to ensure they have the information, resources, and knowledge they need as they begin their real estate journey. From industry essentials to local insights, it was all about setting them up for success.
