Quick stop at a title office today dropping off documents, and it got me thinking…

One thing people don’t always realize about real estate transactions is that nobody gets paid until the deal actually closes.

Not the agent.
Not the title company.
Not the notary.
Not a lot of the professionals working behind the scenes.

Sometimes weeks of work go into a transaction, and then life happens—the financing falls through, the buyer changes their mind, or the deal simply doesn’t make it to the finish line.

Is it frustrating? Sure.
But it’s also part of the business.

The reality is that every successful closing is built on a lot of work, patience, and trust from everyone involved.

That’s why we celebrate every set of keys handed over and every deal that makes it across the finish line. 🏡✨

Days like today remind me how powerful community really is. ✨

Started the morning learning how to improve business visibility at a CE class hosted by Alex Scheske — such valuable insights for local businesses trying to grow and be seen.

Then I had the privilege of attending a board meeting with Miles for Memories and it was incredible to witness so many passionate people advocating for better services in our community.

Late-Night Signing — First Closing of the Year!

Tonight we jumped into action for a lender who urgently needed initial disclosures signed before the day ended — and we made it happen. 🙌

My signer was a brave, bed-ridden veteran recovering from surgery, so we brought the signing to him. With compassion, patience, and special accommodations to ensure he was comfortable and fully supported, we completed the signing — and even got same-night scanbacks sent so the deal could keep moving forward. 🕘📑🖨️

Moments like this remind me why I love what I do. It’s not just paperwork — it’s service, accessibility, and showing up when people need it most. 🇺🇸💙

This was my first signing of the year, and I’m manifesting big momentum ahead — aiming to help close 25+ deals this month and support even more families, lenders, and real estate professionals across our community.

Grateful. Humbled. Growing — 2025 Reflections 🙏✨

This year has been a journey — full of wins, lessons, late nights, setbacks, breakthroughs, and everything in between.
2025 brought the ups, the downs, the messy moments, the unexpected challenges… and also the beauty, resilience, and quiet victories that remind me why I do what I do.

Running a business isn’t always pretty. Sometimes it’s growth through grit, showing up when it’s hard, staying committed when things feel uncertain, and trusting the process even when the path isn’t clear. But it’s also connection, community, purpose, and the opportunity to serve families, professionals, and businesses who trust Conrad Signings with their important moments.
