Now Hiring: Temporary Corporate Legal and Executive Assistant
Possibility of Full-Time
Hybrid/Remote | Full-Time | Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM | Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Legal and Executive Assistant to support a dynamic group of attorneys in a fast-paced legal environment. This is a hybrid position with the opportunity to work remotely part of the time. This is a temporary role with the possibility of full-time
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and legal support to multiple attorneys
Set up, track, and maintain matters with accuracy and efficiency
Manage multiple assignments and prioritize competing deadlines
Draft, edit, and format legal documents and correspondence
Interact professionally with attorneys, staff, and clients
Maintain and organize electronic files using NetDocuments or a similar document management system
Coordinate and manage calendars, meetings, and project timelines
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of legal corporate/business assistant
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience with NetDocuments or another DMS preferred
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong multitasking and time management abilities
Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team member
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
