❌ REAL ESTATE MYTH:

“You need 20% down to buy a house.”

Not necessarily!

Depending on your financial situation and the loan program you qualify for, there may be options requiring considerably less than 20% down.

That's why talking with a knowledgeable lender early can be so helpful.

Don't assume homeownership isn't possible simply because you haven't saved 20%.
