#1 - Start conversations early. This will precent any family conflict, ensures your assets go the the right people, and reduces stress during a crisis.

#2 - Know where your important documents are kept. Keep all your documents and passwords in a safe location like a fireproof safe. Always tell your trusted family members or executor where the physical documents are kept so they can find them easily when needed.

Meet our summer law clerks, Anjani Kockonda and Sophia Jackson!

We asked both clerks, what is one accomplishment from your time in school that you are most proud of?

Anjani: "I was recently invited to join the Texas A&M Law Review, the flagship publication at Texas A&M, as a Staff Member. I am very proud of this accomplishment, and I am excited to have the opportunity to engage in scholarly analysis and debate on emerging legal issues and can’t wait to get started this upcoming fall semester. "

Sophia: "My proudest accomplishment in law school has been helping clients through SMU’s Civil/Consumer Clinic, where I was able to apply what I learned in the classroom to real-world legal issues and make a meaningful impact."

We’re thrilled to have Anjani and Sophia with us this summer as they gain hands-on experience as part of our legal team.

NEW DATE: Saturday, September 26, 2026

The safety of our classic car owners, participants, and attendees is our top priority. With potentially severe thunderstorms expected overnight Friday into Saturday morning, this change ensures we can deliver the safest experience for everyone.

The Downtown Arlington Classic Car Show remains a celebration of the rich automotive history in Downtown Arlington, craftsmanship behind every vehicle, and the incredible classic car community that brings it all to life. We are deeply grateful to our sponsors, volunteers, and classic car owners for making this signature event possible year after year.

We can’t wait to welcome everyone and all the beautiful cars this September for another unforgettable celebration in Downtown Arlington.
