Congratulations and Farewell to our 2026 In-Service Trainees! ⚖️

The Partners and team at MAGNUS Attorneys-at-Law extend our warmest congratulations and best wishes to Anjali Ramdath, Cassie Loutan, and Celine Rampaul as they conclude their period of in-service training with us.

Over the past several weeks, it has been our pleasure to welcome them into the MAGNUS family and provide practical exposure to the realities of legal practice, from client consultations, research and drafting to court proceedings and the day-to-day conduct of matters.

They also made a valuable contribution to our ongoing Assembly of Southern Lawyers project, engaging with members of the profession and assisting in preserving the history and legacy of the legal community in South Trinidad.

As they return to the Hugh Wooding Law School to continue their professional legal training, we wish them every success in the journey ahead.

Our Managing Director, Ms. Saira Lakhan, was recently featured in the Sunday Express and Trinidad and Tobago Guardian, offering her legal perspective on the developing application of Trinidad and Tobago’s unexplained wealth legislation.

Ms. Lakhan discussed the significance of the Balisier House proceedings, the importance of thorough investigations and sufficient evidence, and the role of specialist expertise in complex legal matters.
