The Judiciary of Trinidad and Tobago wishes to advise the public that our electronic Decree Absolute took effect from December 7, 2020. Key features of the new Electronic Decree Absolute are highlighted below. Physical copies of this electronic version will NOT be provided by the issuing Court. All hard copies of any Decree Absolute issued before 7 December 2020 remain authentic and valid and cannot be converted to an electronic version. Where an Office Copy is required of a Decree Absolute issued before December 7, 2020 this will be done by electronic means and the recipients will be informed. The public is reminded that applications for a Decree Absolute can be filed using the Judiciary’s e-Services portal at http://eservices.ttlawcourts.org/filing
