ate Founder, Mr. Suresh Matadeen (1939-2001), an Accident victim himself, in his personal quest for Justice and Compensation within the Legal System. He soon realised that there were many other "victims" such as himself, and began a humble company to offer support and assistance to others sharing similar circumstances and situations in dealing with the complex dynamics of the Insurance Industry. Victims Of Insurance Companies Encounters (V.O.I.C.E.) was founded in the year 1993, and it was soon recognised that there were countless members of the public facing a system they did not understand, and shared feelings of their individual voices falling upon deaf ears. Consultancy Ltd is the current structure of Mr. Suresh Matadeen's individual and well documented efforts, which yielded Amendments to Current Insurance Legislature and Awards from two of our Nation's Former Presidents. We continue to offer hope, empathy and guidance to our core clientèle and speciality, in seeking Compensation for Injuries, Damages and Losses due to innocent "victims", through utilisation of the Legal System if necessary. However, we have expanded into many diverse areas, broadening our scope, in the vein of public service, to include various Civil Litigation related issues and matters, as well as other services of a legal nature, as required. We remain a learning organisation with an "open door" policy, seeking to help as many individuals and companies as we can; to offer our "VOICE" to those who feel helpless screaming into what can seem to be deafening silence, for Justice.

Hey there fans/members and advocates for ethical treatment...just to update everyone, in summation...we are no longer located at #18 Irving Street, San Fernando. Good Morning Friends. Well, the Carnival Season is upon us and in full swing, so the usual warnings against driving under the influence of alcohol and/or exhaustion applies. But please ensure that your vehicles (and insurance/driver's permit) are in order...even the chance of "fender-benders" increase during this period. Be safe.

Whether to replace your seat after a crash depends on what car seat you have. It does NOT depend on whether the seat was occupied or not, and infant seat bases follow the same guidelines as any other restraint if they are installed at the time of the crash.

While we do agree with Arrive Alive, from observation and our own files based on actual road accidents (fatal and non-fatal), Alcohol is a contributing factor to accidents...but humbly, we submit, it is more the callous and blatantly irresponsible use of our roadways, disregard for other road users and speeding for no actual reason that combines to create the almost inevitable accident situation.

From our review of our internal statistics this year, thus far we have derived certain patterns that have varied. We will cite all, but at this time, our Claimants/Victims from Motor Vehicular Accidents are increasing within the 25 to 35 age range...and they all require basic guidance on how to handle such situations...therefore, we ask that if you believe the Insurance Industry is anti-claimant, please spread the word and our page...we can and do help those in need.

Some days it is harder than others to rationalise how hard we have to fight to seek and receive "justice"...we operate in a system where individual is disadvantaged from the outset in this pursuit. One would think "justice" would be more than a "pretty" term thrown around with extreme subjectivity.
