bedroom premium 1346 sq ft at Lentor Gardens Residences condo in a landed enclave so green next to lentor mrt (1 year free shuttle bus).

By the way 2nd picture was taken on lentor Gardens Residences launch day thinking we will close one client with a good queue number less than 100 who last min changed their mind(conditions change) because they need the house earlier then top.

Great news!

In the National Day Rally 2026, PM Wong announced that income ceiling would be raised for BTO and Executive Condominiums (ECs)
- For BTO flats, it would be raised from S$14,000 to S$16,000
- For ECs, it would be raised from S$16,000 to S$18,000

The household income ceiling will also be raised from S$7,000 to S$8,000 for eligible singles aged 35 and above who are purchasing a subsidised HDB flat or obtaining an HDB housing loan.

From Feb 2027, first-time families with or expecting children will have +1 additional ballot chance for each Singaporean child aged ≤18 with no limit. This applies to all BTO & SBF flat applications.

There are also plans for major developments including Western Island, Greater Sentosa, Long Island and Pulau Tekong, to create new land for future industries, infrastructure and coastal protection purposes.
