Though we receive overwhelming response, our careful selection finally found the best family who love this house at 1st sight! 😊

Landlords find our proposed marketing price too high and are concerned. Within a week, we prove them wrong and close with $1200 increment from their current tenants’ rental. This will be a long lease as the children need many years of study in the international school.
